Jashin was based off of Buddism, but the exact opposite. Instead of doing good and being a monk, you are required to kill and make sacrifices. In Buddhism there was female monks that are sometimes called nuns, and in Japan a law was passed that allowed monks to marry nuns.
So if Jashin is the Polar opposite of Buddhism than Jashin would not allow women
as for sex and mariage, I highly doupt it because all they know is total destruction..... and nothing is more destructive to the human race that to stop reproducing
