No it absolutely does not. This idea is actually totally against the Gospel of Jesus Christ/Scriptures as a whole.
The Gospel says that we are in death and God alone gives us life, He alone rescues us (Colossians 1:13), and He alone is our strength. God helps those who call on His name; those who see that they are creatures of destruction and wrath. He saves those who humble themselves before Him and cry out to Him for salvation and deliverance.
