My advice to you is to pray always, all the time you need Him..........
In all, I don't know, however, the christian church believes you should pray every day at least once and go to mass on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation.
I don't believe the question should be "how often should we pray?", but rather "Do we pray?". As a Christian I believe we should be 100% of the day in dialog with the Lord. If we set certain times and hours that we should pray we place Christians in a box and the relationship becomes a tradition. This is a dangerious point ...! We shuld pray 24/7 as Paul said "Pray without stop". after all, prayer is a normal conversation between the Lord and the Christian; not a heavy "something" that only the most holy can do!Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, ....
Christians do not pray as much as they (we) should. Paul tells us to pray constantly. Too many times we only pray when we feel we need something.
Anyone, Catholic or not, can wear the medal and pray to St. Jude.

There is no standard regulation that a Hindu should pray that many times a day. Normally people pray daily in the morning. Some will pray in the evening also. Some will go to the temple daily. Sometimes they do not. Among hindus, it is a question of the inclination of the person. There is no binding.
