As the image of the Church you could be expected to state your beliefs strongly and assert that all other views are wrong and will lead to eternal damnation. On the other hand, as a sign of unity you will need to make it clear that whatever your personal beliefs you will not take sides, but seek recognition and acceptance of all positions. You will support minorities and those you consider sinners, even when they are condemned by your own Church.

These are difficult, but not impossible, positions to reconcile.
