Plead the Blood of Jesus over your family and home. Ask God's forgiveness and ask Jesus to cleanse your home from all evil spirits. Praise God for doing this with faith. Faith pleases God. Relax and have peace that God answered your prayers. Knock down every negative thought that betrays this faith in Christ. Do not say anything negative against God answering your prayer. Learn God's word so that you may speak God's promises throughout your house to give you extra peace. Get rid of anything pagan or anything that can be demonically associated. Heavy metal, posters, Horror flicks etc. Trust in the Holy Spirit to guide you in Jesus name.

Several things can help reduce the occurrence of unwanted manifestations in a household.

One of the first (and hardest) things you must do, is maintain a calm and positive attitude. A house filled with love and happiness is not generally a place a spirit that thrives on unhappiness will want to be.

If it/they are already in your house, you will want to try purifying your home. Start with a thorough cleaning and airing out of your home. This allows both your mental state to focus on ridding your home of unwanted influences and has the added benefit of leaving you with a clean home. After the house is cleaned, mentally clean the home as well. Focus on your house, and imagine is as being the way that you want it to be; free of unwanted influences. Then, take a sage bundle (incense will work in a pinch) and burn it, carrying it from room to room. Once your house has been cleansed in this fashion, set up a perimeter around your house to protect it from further negative influences.

To set up a perimeter against unwanted influences, take natural sea salt, and sprinkle it entirely around the perimeter of your home. If you live in an apartment, the interior is fine. If you live in a house, I recommend doing both interior and property line, for two lines of defense. Pay special attention to windows and doors. There are many other things you can do, but that's a good start.

As Muslims we know that Jinns possess people for many reasons. Sometimes it is because the Jinn or its family has been hurt accidentally. It could be because the Jinni has fallen in love with a human. Most of the time possession occurs because the Jinn are simply malicious and wicked. "Evil" [unclean] spirits aren't "fooled" by humans. It's the other way around.

And unclean spirits do it in variety of ways. The spirit realm is invisible to the human eye... so sometimes it's a trick just to get some people to recognize the existence of "demons."

Jesus Christ cast out unclean spirits from people, seemingly, as often and commonly as you and I breathe. Some of the symptoms "possessed" people displayed are the same ones extant in folks, today -- deafness, eplilepsy, suicidal tendencies... all manner of sickness and disease.

Modern science and society has replaced "faith and trust in God"... and many of these "symptoms" are labled "mental diseases" that are treated with drugs [many of which subdue the human mind, rendering it even more susceptible to the ministrations of the unclean spirit(s) in them].

It's man who is fooled... not the unclean spirits among us. These are the same ones Jesus cast out when He walked the earth as a man. These demonic angels didn't die... they "went somewhere else" looking for a "host."

"When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation." (Matt.12:43-45)

These same "invisible" spirits have preyed upon all the generations of man since then. And they're still with us to this day... unseen, undetected and for the most part, unrecognized.

When it comes to unclean spirits... about the only thing most men can fool, regarding them, is himself.

There are thousands of religions in the world, with many, many gods from which to choose. Most people express faith in some kind of god or other. Here, too, is further deception among men who are unable to discern that most of the gods they worship are unclean spirits posing as "angels of light."

"...no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers [unclean spirits] also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works." (II Cor.11:14-15)

It's man who is easily fooled... not unclean spirits. They can see us... we can't see them. How do you fight an enemy you can't see?

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." (Eph.6:12)

The term, "fooling" seems to suggest "playfulness"... or a "harmless prank." But, the possession of the human spirit and tearing asunder of the body by these unseen unclean spirits is far from a game. Neither should they be regarded as "entertainment" among men, as Hollywood thus feeds upon unsuspecting folks today.

No man can "fool" an unclean spirit. But, if one were to ask how to "foil" an unclean spirit -- the answer is "the name of Jesus Christ."

"...Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority commandeth He even the unclean spirits, and they do obey Him?" (Mark 1:25-27)

Taking refuge in Jesus' name is the only "foil" against unclean spirits. Otherwise... it's best to avoid them altogether... not willingly entertaining them in your heart and mind... or giving them room within you to work their evil.

There is no "fooling" unclean spirits. It's not a game... and they aren't playing.

Evil spirits(satan still exists) but they no longer have the freedom to dwell on earth now after jesus died on the cross.'At the cross He judged the devil and overthrew him and his hosts' (John 12:31, 16:11). The revelations had also clearly mentioned the final defeat of satan "And I saw an angel (messenger) come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season." (Revelation 20:1-3) This bottomless pit is the depth of hell in the heart of the earth. The torments in this location could not be worse, and he will fester in this dark place for one thousand years. He will then be given one reprieve before he will be cast into the Lake of Fire for eternity.

The evil spirits can no longer approach anyone,it no longer has the power,the freedom to control people through physical means on earth.However,spiritually,it could still tempt people to sin through actions.Pray to GOD and read The Bible regulary(in a correct way,of course) to overcome its temptations and for sins to be forgiven.
