Christianity and Islam share a common history and share some of the same beliefs, but they have definite differences...
Hinduism is not even close to being Monotheistic.Judaism is the oldest, followed by Christianity and then Islam. However, Muslims believe that their religion didn't begin with Mohammed, but that he was the final seal on it, and that Islam began in the time of Adam. Therefore, they could theoretically make a case in that department.Historically, however, the first order is correct.
Islam has been around for 1430 years only. I could only think of four: Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism and Hindu.
Because Christianity is heavily based upon Judaism and the Hebrew Bible. The same could be said for Islam.
The main religions are Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The first two are polytheistic and the last three are monotheistic. Judaism, Christianity and Islam all have major divisions and sects. I don't know if the same could be said about Buddhism and Hinduism as I have not studied them.
Christianity and Islam. Maybe others, too. __________________________________________________________ Any religion may be influenced by another religion if it is a man developed religion and not same God religion. The three religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam are God religions created by same God. Hence it is logic to find common features in the three religions; mainly monotheism. Accordingly, it is hard to believe that any religion got influenced by another religion. Otherwise, how the three religion are same God religions and not man made religions.
Monotheism is not inherently superior to polytheism or other forms of religion, but Islam is arguably more monotheistic than is Christianity. Since Judaism does not grant Satan the autonomy that Islam and Christianity do, Judaism could be considered even more monotheistic than the other two religions.
Depends on what religion you want to go with. For Christianity, you could say Jesus Christ. For Islam, you would say Muhammad.
Currently, Islam. But one might argue that, with the current amount of western military presence, Christianity could also apply.
paragraph formatting... hope i could help :D
What about them? The biggest one is Christianity, though there is a quite bit of Judaism, and Islam. anything else?I could elaborate a little more of an answer if I knew what your question truly meant...
Allah is God in Islam and same God worshiped in Christianity and Judaism. God in Islam is not known to Muslims as having a shape, size, or any configuration. There are 99 attributes or names for God in Islam that could be referred to in the related question below. Muslims worship Allah as God and only one God with no partner, no son, no father, no companion, no associate, and no equivalence.
