The main thing Jehovah's Witnesses do is preaching. Each of them participates in a worldwide educational work based on the Bible. It is currently held in 236 lands. The point is people getting accurate knowledge of the Bible and after they get it they can decide if this moves them to make changes in their lives. This work they do is voluntary, they don't get paid for doing it.
Each week Jehovah's Witnesses have meetings in their Kingdom Halls - twice a week. Each one of them is encouraged to have a personal Bible reading and study, as well as to study the Bible at home - together as a family.

They aren't EXPECTED to act anyway. They know thought that god gives everyone a fair chance. And if the loved on is a Jehovah's Witness then they know they will see them in the paradise, when god makes the world over and brings all dead ones back. Yes. However Jehovah's Witnesses believe in a life dedicated to doing God's will as expressed in the scriptures. It can be difficult to keep spiritual things first and pursue such a career. Also, Hollywood is not exactly known for lifestyles that meet God's high standards of conduct. This could exert extreme pressure on a Christian trying to do what they have learned is right.

There are many factors that the decision of disfellowshipping is based on. The biggest one is repentance. If the subject honestly repents and changes their way then they will be forgiven. If they do not change their attitude and remain outrightly sinful then they will probably be disfellowshipped from the congregation.

Jehovah 'gave life'; and he has the right to 'end life'; according to his righteous standards.
Can your probation be violated if you witness someone else doing drugs?
If you witness a criminal act, and/or knowingly fail to report knowledge of a criminal act, you technically beocme an "accessory." Yes, your probation can probably ve violated for that.
