Genesis 8:4,5 mentions, "In the seventh month, on the 17th day of the month, the ark came to rest on the mountains of Arʹa·rat. And the waters were steadily decreasing until the tenth month. In the tenth month, on the first of the month, the tops of the mountains appeared." But Noah waited until the ground was dry to come out.
Genesis 8:13,14, "Now in the 601st year,+ in the first month, on the first day of the month, the waters had drained from the earth; and Noah removed the covering of the ark and saw that the surface of the ground was drying. In the second month, on the 27th day of the month, the earth had dried off."

Mt. Ararat
According to the Holy Bible, Noah's Ark landed on the Mountains Of Ararat in Turkey. Contrary to popular opinion, this is a mountain range not a single summit. Blessings !
Mount Ararat is on the border between Armenia and Turkey. It often is thought of as the Ark's final resting place. But the Bible doesn't specify that mountain. It just says that the ark finished its journey on some unnamed mountain in the Ararat range [8:4].
As per the Bible: Mt. Ararat (or the Mountains of Ararat, for some)
Mount Ararat
The mountain where the Biblical ark landed is Mount Ararat (Turkey).
The Bible says that the Arc landed in the Mountains of Ararat, which refers to the Mountain range on the border of Turkey and Armenia. Tradition has it that the actual mountain is Mount Ararat, which is the highest mountain in the range and where the several sightings have been. This mountain is in Turkey.
Annapurna (10th biggest in world) Ararat (where Noah's Ark landed)
Mount Ararat (Genesis 8:4)
According the the biblical story, it was Mount Ararat.
Ararat was the name of the mountain range on which Noah's ark settled. The book of Genesis indicated that the ark settled on one mountain in the range [8:4]. But it didn't indicate any name or description that would have helped specified the ark's final resting place.
A:According to the story in Genesis, Noah did not build the Ark on top of a mountain, it floated to the top of Mount Ararat during the biblical Flood. This gives great emphasis to the scale of the Flood, since Ararat is the highest peak in the Middle East.
