Noah entered the ark in the 600th year of his life, on the 17th day of the 2nd month (Genesis 7:11-13). Noah left the ark on the 27th day of the 2nd month of the following year (Genesis 8:14-15). Therefore, assuming a lunar calendar of 360 days, Noah was on the ark for approximately 370 days.

Noah was told to go on the ark and in 7 days it would rain. So Noah was on the ark 7 days prior to the flood adding to the 370 making it 377.

Genesis 7:11 tells us that in the 600th year of Noah's life, on the 2nd month, the flood began.

-it rained for 40 days and nights (Genesis 7:12)

-stayed flooded for 150 days more (Genesis 7:24)

-5 months after the flood began, the Ark settled on Arrarat (Genesis 8:4)

-2 & a half months later, mountains started to appear(Genesis 8:5)

-another 3 months until Noah removed the Ark's cover(Genesis 8:13)

-2 months later the survivors stepped out on dry ground (Genesis 8:14-18)

Genesis 8:13-15 says that by the Six Hundred and FIRST year, 2nd month, the flood water had completely dried off...(just over 1 lunar year - 370 days)

It's also interesting to note that 'Noah's Ark' was not a 'boat'. It was not designed to steer, but just to float. Like the 'Ark of the Covenant'(Exodus 25:10+11), and the 'Ark' in which Moses was hidden (Exodus 2:3-5), it was simply a BOX (a chest)... a large, 3 story, wooden chest, sealed with tar, to prevent water from seeping in.(Genesis 6:14-16).

There is no way to know for sure, but ...

The Bible says that Noah was 600 years old when the flood began. Gen 7:11 says that he was 600 years, 2 months and 17 days when the flood burst forth. Gen 8:13 says that in Noah's 601st year, 1st month and 1st day the land was dry. So it all depends on when you want to count the start. It evidentially took another 27 days for the land to completely dry, because in Gen 8:14 the Bible says the animals were let go after 2 months and 27 days. So one would have to say - from the Biblical account Noah was on the ark, with the animals 370 days from start to finish. This assumes 30 day months using the Hebrew calender.

Doing the math, the flood began on the 77th day of his 600th years and continued until the 31st day of his 601st year. But the animals did not exit the ark until 27 days later. So that would be 360 -77 = 283 days plus 87 days (31 days plus 46 days) = 370th day.
