Adam and Eve are noted by Judaism, Christianity and Islam as having been the first human beings. Although The Bible tells us that they had children, it is not mentioned precisely how many - though we do know that they produced Cain, Abel and Seth. Genesis 5:4 says that: "After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." Josephus, the 1st century Jewish historian wrote that Adam and Eve had 33 sons and 23 daughters. But that is all we have to go on.
Adam, Eve and their offspring lived very long lives. Adam lived 930 in total, and Seth for 912 during which he became the father of Enosh and "had other sons and daughters" (Genesis 5:7).
If we assume that all of Adam and Eve's numerous children lived similarly long lives, and enjoyed very long periods during which they were able to have children of their own, it is obvious that they would have had a very large number of grandchildren indeed - but we cannot even estimate how many with any accuracy.
Billions and billions. We are all the children of Adam and Eve.

To be the children of Adam and Eve.
After the fall? We are not told if they did or did not. But we can assume they did, their children did and presumably Adam and Eve instructed their children how to maintain their relationship with God.
According to the Bible, Adam and Eve had children after they were expelled from the Garden of Eden, following the fall.
