How many kings did the Israelites kill to claim the land the Lord had given them?

On the other hand, most scholars say there never was a conquest of the Promised Land as described in the Bible. The Israelites were actually Canaanites themselves, and the consensus is that they peacefully left the regions controlled by the powerful cities along the coast to settle in the previously sparsely populated hinterland. On this view, there were no casualities because the traditions of a conquest were only developed much later, after the Israelites had forgotten their real heritage.

First there is no such entity as Yahweh .. that is an attempted spelling of an acrostic YHVH. Second our Father did not kill any Jews as Jews would have been of the tribe of Judah of the tribes of Israel. He did punish a generation of Hebrews (tribes of Israel) who were involved in the exodus, by having them wander in the wilderness (basically the desert) for a period of 40 years, before they entered Canaan (the land promised to Israel). Think of that for a moment, over 2 million people wandering in the wilderness of Sinai, where there is no food, survived forty years. See Exodus 16 and Deuteronomy 29.

Did you read in those texts that our father killed anyone of Judah?

The Torah doesn't give a number, and scholars have never really published any estimates. There is a modern theory that the Hebrews didn't actually conquer the Canaanites, but rather, they WERE the Canaanites.
