It is a reference to John chapter 3 when Christ is talking to Nicodemus. Specifically: 3Jesus answered and said unto him, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. " Nicodemus saith unto him, "How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?" Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. " All people are born of water - the water of birth. Being born of the spirit is when a person chooses to believe and is born of the spirit. Hence born again.

You need to see a Doctor, or Spirit Filled Christian Minister. It depends if you want to be set free from it, or if you want to be medicated into a stupor. If you want to be free, see a Born-again, Spirit filled Minister by contacting a Church like Assemblies of God, or Church of God, or other similar group. When you call a Church, ask them if they are (1) Born-again and if they have been (2) baptized in the Holy Spirit, If they have had the (3) Pentecostal Experience. If they say yes to these 3 questions, they can help you, otherwise, find a different church.
What is holygost baptism and what does it mean?
The Holy Ghost baptism is simply being filled with the Spirit of God. It is His Spirit regenerating your spirit, which is dead because of sin. When Adam sinned, his spirit became dead because of sin and sin fell on all of mankind. The Bible say "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." So our spirit needed to be regenerated by God's Spirit. That is why we must be "born again." Which simply means to be born from above. When one receives the Holy Ghost baptism, he or she will speak in tongues as the initial evidence. Mark 16:17 "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues." You will see this in Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:1-6, and Acts 2:1-4.
