There is five times a day that a Muslim must perform washing or ablution which are five prayers known as
al-fajr (morning prayer)
al-zuhr (afternoon prayer)
al-asr ( mid afternoon prayer)
al-maghrib (sundown prayer)
al-isha (evening prayer)
They wash their hands and feet in a washing room annexed to the mosque.
