This idea is known as deism, which suggests that a higher power created the universe but does not intervene in its daily operations. Supporters believe that the universe functions according to natural laws, allowing for predictability and order. This perspective contrasts with beliefs that a deity actively influences events in the world.
Theists think no, God has a hand in every little thing that the universe does. Deists think yes. Atheists think no, God doesn't exist.

Deism is an eighteenth-century religious philosophy based on reason and natural laws. Voltaire describe the universe as a clock. God, the clock maker, had created it, set it in motion, and allowed it to run without his interference and according to its own natural laws.

This idea is known as pantheism, where the belief is that the universe and God are one and the same. It suggests that God is manifested in everything that exists. This perspective is found in various spiritual and philosophical traditions.
In the same sense that everything good is a gift from God, the laws of the universe which we discover through scientific investigation.
God is the Universe. The Universe is God.
The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God refer to the laws established in the created universe and the laws established by the Creator. These laws can be observed or reasoned by use of one's conscience and would be observed and reasoned the same by all people throughout the world. Obviously, if one does not believe in a Creator their reasoning would not direct them to a full understanding of the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God.
The God is not wait. There are the laws of the universe and if the soul sins, she will die, and if the soul seeks to light she find it!
