If God invented life who invented God?

The following answers are the opinions of the people providing the answers.

A: Some people believe that God was created when a BIG explosion occurred and that he just magically appeared; and some believe that there can't be a God if no one can answer the question of who invented God. Also, my opinion would be that God wasn't invented, he just appeared, and that is a simple enough answer I think.

A: I think perhaps a better response might be, if God were not eternal, who then caused the "Big Explosion?" Try as we might, our minds can not comprehend "nothing," or anything without a beginning and an end. By age 10, I would lay awake all night pondering, "In the beginning, there was God...".

Five decades later, I still would be laying awake with that except for Paul's words to one of the Jewish tribes, the Galatians, I believe, which were/are the eight most important words in my life.

Paul wrote, "If it were knowledge, it would not be faith.". We are not in this lifetime to understand how God is eternal, why he gave us the greatest gift, Grace, by way of His Son, God Himself in the flesh dying on the cross for our sins and the gift is free as long as we believe in Him, have faith in what we can not see, can not know, accept that Jesus did as stated above for our salvation. We likewise can not know answers such as why do babies die, good people suffer; I now sleep at night knowing, having faith in His omniscient wisdom, that I am not to know all, at least not in this world. It is faith that makes us Christians; had I obtained all the answers as I wanted at age 10, I would have no room or need for faith and I can not envision this world to be at times very pleasant without my faith. Stephen Hawkings and other great physicists, advocates of the "big bang theory", along with theologians discuss, not debate (debate needs hard facts and one has Faith, other side, mathematical conjecture, I suppose, as I have never seen the math culminate in a definitive answer.) Stephen Hawkings possesses one of the greatest minds of our time (interesting how God so gifted him, after allowing him to be born with spina bifida, I suppose it is, then through free will allows him to try to disprove his presence or certainly his eternal existence).
