Well understand that I am a atheist and don't believe in god but I will attempt to answer this.
The creation stories of all religions tend to give different reasons on why they created mortal men. In the christian mythology the closest thing to a answer to your question would be this.
"Let us make man in our own image according to our likeness. Let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over ALL the earth, and over everything that creeps or moves" (Genesis 1:26 ).
While not really giving a satisfying reason it is basically to rule over the Earth. The made in the imagine suggests that we are the equalization of god on this planet as he would be to us. (of course this is a joke because simple microorganisms can kill us)
So in the christian mythology he didn't need to create man in fact he had very little reason to do so in the first place.
Man will not create a perfect women as he is not god.
The perfect god created a man who was given freedom to do as he liked in Eden. But when he sinned , and cast out of the garden of Eden , he became a sinful man for ever.
God's perfect Creation is not man nor nature. It is God himself. God is so perfect that he was there since the beggining. He is the alpha and the omega which means the beginning and the end. Look at this statement..... "I am the Alpha and the Omega. Who was and who is to come." God doesn't even need to create himself.
Ludwig Feuerbach «Das Wesen des Christenthums» 1841Ludwig Feuerbach: "The Essence Of Christianity" in Relation to (Max Stirner's) "The Ego And Its Own"It is also possible that you are thinking of Voltaire's quote that "If God did not exist, it would be necessary to invent him".
the father, the son and the holy ghost God is a perfect man.
Man is the creation of his own image and not the image of any thing or any one else he is his own god
The reform movement that was a desire to perfect man was the eugenics movement. It was through eugenics that people wanted to create more perfect humans in general by using the best genics to create better people.
Did God give man the power? Is it necessary to ask the question? Man creates wealth. Either God gave man the power, or man can take power against God's will. Another alternative is that the power to create wealth is inherent to man as a characteristic of human nature.
God created us with the freedom of choice. He wants us to worship him of our own free will. He doesn't want robots.
The perfect number is 7. God rested on the 7th day of creation. 7 is the number of days in a week. (Man's number is 6. This means that man falls short of the glory of God, who is perfect.)
1: There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. 1 Job, chapter 1
God did not curse His creation but the actions which his creation (Man) committed. Man is perfect in his bodily creation but imperfect in the use of the intelligence it possesses.
