If the Jews believes in a Messiah and if Josephus wrote about Jesus as the Messiah did Josephus then convert to Christianity?

Jesus is presumed real. The problem is that people often do not change their minds even after sufficient proof is offered. Josephus may have had sufficient proof that Jesus is God, but may not have converted anyway. How many people know smoking is bad, and even know that it will kill them, but continue to smoke anyway. Jesus was heard talking to a man named Thomas. Thomas knew for a fact that Jesus was God and proclaimed that he must be the most blessed person alive. Jesus corrected him saying that he only believed because he saw.

Clarification:

The Christian concept of 'messiah' does not exist in Judaism. The Hebrew word 'moshiach' literally means 'anointed' and was the title given to any person who was anointed with oil as part of their induction into serving HaShem (G-d).

Flavius Josephus never converted to Christianity. He was not a contemporary of Jesus and could only have written based on second- or third-hand information. Moreover, the reference, called the "Testamonium Flavinium" is inconclusive, as well as being a disputed passage. It was long regarded as entirely a late Christian addition to his Antiquities, but there is some evidence that the original may have been written by Josephus, and then amended by later Christians to accord with their views.

The Testamonium Flavinium can not be regarded as evidence that he believed Jesus to be the Messiah. At most, it shows that he knew Christians of his time to be followers of Jesus.
