I think being jealous is okay but i think so many people get wound up about being jealous of one person that they chose to not like the person because they are either jealous of what they have or jealous of who they are.
so yes it is okay to be jealous but no its is not okay to be cruel to someone over jealousy! :)
an OBVIOUS discrepancy. but no, sorry. sin jealous is wanting something so much that you don't have that you hate the person who has it. god jealous is loving us so much he wants us to be with him. anyways we are rightfully his as his creation. its also translated as "zealous". people are zealous for god because he is jealous for us. like a husband: he wouldn't say, yes wife, go be happy with whoever and do whatever! He would love her and protect her and keep her and if she was taken away, he would be jealous for her.

People usually think of things like stealing, lying and killing as sin but these things are evidences of sin. Sin is missing the mark (the mark is God) sin is being unlike God. The effects of sin are seen as immoral, filthy, and indecent actions, worship of idols and witchcraft. People become enemies and they fight; they become jealous, angry, and ambitious. etc etc.
