I honestly think if you use Jesus as a punchline, a punchline that doesn't uplift Jesus, encourage believers, is a sin, kin to saying his name in vain, but not blasphemy. however if the intent of the joke, regardless of your personal intent, is to degrade him, yes that is blasphemy. it's blasphemy in general to preach anything about The Bible that is contrary to the bible. the holy spirit will convict your soul if the joke is blasphemy, so pay attention.
