Please get it clear speaking in tongues does not at all mean you are spirit filled. As The Bible also says tongues shall cease.

it depends who you ask...some will teach that you are not holy ghost filled unless you have spoken in tongues at least once..as the initial evidence...others will say you need to speak in tongues on a regular basis...others will tell you that speaking in tongues is a false doctrine.......my personal belief is the first one i mentioned

How do you explain Acts 2 4 the infilling of the Holy Ghost and speaking in other tongues?

If a righteous person has a desire to speak to someone who speaks a different language, the Holy Ghost will bless the speaker with the gift to be able to speak the other persons language. This is called The Gift of Tongues. There is another gift called The Interpretation of Tongues. This is when a person speaks in their own language but the hearer hears the words in his own language.

Does it say anywhere in the bible that speaking in tongues is the evidence o in theholy spirit?

The Bible does suggest that speaking in tongues is one of the manifestations of the Holy Spirit, particularly in passages like Acts 2:4 and 1 Corinthians 12:10. However, it does not explicitly state that speaking in tongues is the sole evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit. Other manifestations, such as love, joy, and boldness in witness, are also emphasized as signs of the Holy Spirit's presence in a believer's life. Therefore, while speaking in tongues can be evidence of the Holy Spirit, it is not the only indicator.
