Since the Old Testament was written as separate books over a period of centuries, no set of just four facts could confirm the reliability or truth of the the entire collection. Even if facts confirmed something about any one book, further facts would be needed to confirm the next book. So, no four facts confirm the entire Old Testament. I can think of two semi-obvious ways to make four divisions: The Historical books, the Poetical books, the Major prophets, and the Minor prophets OR The Pentateuch, the other Historical books, the Poetical books, and the Prophets. As may be obvious from those lists, it's rather more usual to make three divisions (history/poetry/prophecy) ... to make four, you've got to split one of the three.
