I can think of two semi-obvious ways to make four divisions:
The Historical books, the Poetical books, the Major prophets, and the Minor prophets
OR
The Pentateuch, the other Historical books, the Poetical books, and the Prophets.
As may be obvious from those lists, it's rather more usual to make three divisions (history/poetry/prophecy) ... to make four, you've got to split one of the three.
Old Testament falls naturally into four divisions: Law, History, Poetry, and Prophecy. New Testament falls naturally into four divisions: Gospels, History, Letters, and Prophecy. Total divisions eight.
