I can't make out what the question is about. Anyhow, a few special things about Islam are:
1. Islam is the only religion given by Almighty God to mankind.
2. The basic belief in Islam is: There in no god/goddess, but God Almighty.
3. Almighty God is ONLY ONE. He is father of NONE, Son of NONE. Has NO PARTNER, none of His kind.
4. He and HE alone deserves worship. He is the SOLE CREATOR & RULER of all the worlds He has created.
5. All the Prophets (May peace be upon them all) preached the same religion-Islam.
6. Islam makes it obligatory on its followers to believe in all the Prophets (about 125 million in number)
7. Islam also makes it obligatory to have faith in the day of judgment when everybody will be judged according to his/her good or bad deeds.
8. Only Almighty God has the final Authority to Punish or Forgive His servants. NOT even a Prophet (AS) can make Him/force Him to forgive somebody even if it were the son or daughter of the Prophet. Though He is oft-Returning, oft Forgiving.
9. NO ONE has the authority to alter the decisions made by Almighty God. He may or may not accept the prayer of anybody.
10. Islam aims at human brotherhood, peaceful progress of human society, justice, tolerance and service to mankind.
The special books of islam are the Quran and the Sunna
It is one of the 5 pillars of Islam, (one of the 5 things the prophet Mohamed told his followers they have to do).
The number 2 is 'special' because it is the only prime number that is even.
If you mean by the word " things" the fundamentals or morals of Islam, then refer to questions below
deeds in Islam are things such as helping people, praying for our god,and all good things
2 things Shirk [to include someone in the oneness of Allah] and Kuffar [disbelief]
Rukun Islam are the five things you must do as an Islam. The five things are: (1) uttering the two clauses of the creed (2) praying five times a day (3) Performing charity (4) Fasting in the month of Ramadan (5) To go to the Sacred House (Makkah) and perform the Hajj
