He doesn't say this. He gave the only sign of His Messiahship as 3 full days and nights in the tomb and He did tell His followers to let the dead bury the dead which requires to be read in full context.
Christ fully knew that being physically dead only meant to 'sleep' until the resurrection to the Judgement process. Yet, He also understood that humans would mourn their dead ones and never prohibited or put a time restraint upon anyone. Indeed, it was not unusual to mourn for someone as long as 30 days like with Aaron in Numbers 20:29.
