Apart from salvation itself, a Godly man is God's greatest gift to a woman.

Because God is an integral part of who he is, the Godly man has the resources of agape love within him. Agape love is defined as "the selfless devotion of one person to another." The qualities of such love are detailed in 1 Corinthians chapter 13. These qualities are :

1. He is a man of Trust is himself trustworthy.
2. He is a man capable of Devotion to another.
3. He is a man of Honor.
4. He is a man worthy of Esteem and is able to show esteem for others.
5. He has a Godly sense of Value and values others.
6. He Looks for good, not faults
7. He is a man of Forgiveness (does not "keep score")'
8. He is a man of Patience
9. He is a man who offers Encouragement to others.
10. He is not selfish.
