Words yours or Jesus Christs ? Jesus said do this in remembrance of me to remember his blood which pays for your ever sin so that you can stand before god without sin because of his blood which this wine represents. we are to do this when we the Church come together on the first day of the week Sunday. in memory. Not because we are worthy but in a worthy respectful manner. and in like manner the Bread represents his body. As for your words the words of the Church and you are part of the Church the BODY of Christ can be as simple as thank you LORD for your son Jesus Christ and for the sacrifice he made on the cross for us the Church that we might now receive Gods blessings through the body of Christ which this bread represent and this wine which in like manner the blood of Christ. We do this in memory of you our savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
There is no cup with wine in the Catholic Church, wine in the Catholic Church is normally held in a flagon or cruet. This is poured into the Chalice shortly before consecration, at that time it becomes the Blood of Christ, whole and entire, there is no wine left whatsoever, only the appearance.
Before the consecration in the Catholic Mass, the bread and wine are just regular food and drink. They are not yet considered the Body and Blood of Christ. It is through the words of consecration spoken by the priest that Catholic belief holds that a transformation occurs, and the bread and wine become the Real Presence of Christ.

i think that consecration means that to make holy. if you are asking something about the bible, that consecration means that is a part of a mass when the bread and wine turns into the body and blood of our lord, Jesus.
(especially in the Roman Catholic Church) the conversion of the substance of the Eucharistic elements into the body and blood of Christ at consecration, only the appearances of bread and wine still remaining.
The actual consecration is done only by the priest, through the power of the Holy Spirit, although several priests may say the words of consecration at the same time. Altar servers may help with the ritual by presenting the bread and wine, and helping the priest wash his hands.
The Liturgy of the Eucharist includes the presentation of the bread and wine, the prayer or the anaphora containing the words of consecration, and communion.
Nobody gets "bread and wine" in the Catholic Church. In a Latin rite church you receive Holy Communion when you are around 7 years of age, in the Eastern rites, usually when you are baptized as an infant. But, please, these are NOT "bread and wine", they only have the appearance of bread and wine, after consecration, they are the Body and Blood of Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ - read the second half of the sixth chapter of St. John's Gospel (John 6:22-59).
The Ordo Missae, April 6, 1969, numbers 284, 286 says:According to the Church's legislation,The wine used to celebrate the Eucharist must be made from the fruit of the vine (Luke 22:18), natural and pure, unmixed with anything else . . . The wine must not be allowed to go sour"
Baptism. Baptism is the purification of water to wash away sin. Many Christians do this when they become saved by God.
