Jehovah's Witnesses believe that there is only one true God who is the Creator of all things.

They believe that "god is a spirit" (John 4: 24) and that he lives in a specific location in heaven.

They believe that no one 'created' or made him, but that God is in fact infinite, he had no beginning.

They believe that God has created many, many spirit beings like himself (the first and foremost being Jesus), but that no one and nothing is equal in might or power to the Creator.

Jehovah's Witnesses believe the creator has a personal name: Jehovah, as revealed in The Bible (see Psalms 83: 18 in King James Version) and he wishes to be addressed by that name (Mathew 6 verse 9).

Jehovah's Witnesses also believe that this Creator, God, is benevolent and that he has, in his love provided the Bible as a means of getting to know Him and learn about his purpose for the earth and its people.

They believe God has a purpose for the earth, that it be transformed into a paradise garden, as He originally intended, and God wants mankind to live in that paradise home, right here on earth, in perfect health forever (Matthew 6: 9, 10).
