Nothing that I know of.
NO, TobyMac is not a mason. Masons do not believe in God. Toby is a christian.
The free masons ( our founding fathers) look it up
The contention that masons are evil is a myth. Masons are a group that do charitable works throughout their respective communities. They are NOT a religion, but a fraternity. They DO NOT worship the devil, all masons MUST believe in God. They are a much maligned group.
No, for the simple reason that Freemasonry does not have a central charismatic figure that Masons obey or exalt; nor does it require that Masons put Freemasonry before their job, family or God. In fact, they encourage the opposite. The Freemasons are no more a cult than the Baptist or Catholic church.
Yes, if they're in a church setting and they have been called by God for that position.
Yes, but not because they are Masons. Almost all Masonic organizations worldwide require that a potential member must believe in God before they are allowed to join the organization in the first place. However, the purpose of meeting in the Lodge is not to worship God, and in fact that does not take place. Masons are expected to worship God in whatever church, temple or mosque they habitually attend, and at home, using whatever form of worship seems proper to them.
No. Freemasons have no position on the nature of God. Every Mason has his own view of that. Many Masons are Trinitarians.
NO hey do not international masons are all about charity making the world better they are different from the regular masons by a long shot. if anything they worship god if it was a religious group
All Masons believe that there is a Supreme Being or single god. However there is no restrictions in most Grand Lodges on the particular manifestation of that belief, so Masons can be and are Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Jews, Hindus or believers in some unorganized faith.
No one knows the truth about God, although almost everybody claims to. If the truth about god involves a funny handshake, doing some stuff for charity (but much more for your fellow members), wearing funny clothes, and looking down on anyone who isn't like you, then: yes. The masons have it down pat. Interestingly, by those criteria, so does the Catholic Church (apart from the handshake).
The masons are a secret society that helps out charitys.
Pinsent Masons's population is 2,500.
