The Bible says nothing about the United States directly. There are many who interpret certain biblical verses to pertain to the USA or its history, but there is no mention of the USA or North America in the Bible.
However, when the Puritans came to Massachusetts Bay, they used a lot of Biblical imagery to describe the world they wanted to create and live in. They called their society "a city on a hill", a reference to Jerusalem in terms of both its holiness and being above the remaining cities.
