There are no banned plant foods as far as I can remember, but there are two lists of unclean animals in The Bible - in Leviticus 11 and in Deuteronomy 14. These comprise about 120 animals, birds, sea animals and reptiles.
Additional Comments:
God states that cud-chewing animals with split hooves can be eaten. Also, fish that have fins and scales, along with birds with clean characteristics. As noted above, these may be found as indicated.
The reason God gave the Israelites the law of clean and unclean meat was to make them holy as God is holy (Leviticus 11:44-45). The administrative change from the Levitical priesthood to the ministry of Jesus Christ did not void God's expectation that His people obey His law of clean and unclean meats or any other law for that matter - sacrificial laws were discontinued after Christ's sacrifice for all mankind.
Both Peter and Paul speak of the continuing need for God's people to be holy (Ephesians 1:4; 1 Peter 1:14-16). It is not for man to decide but for God only:
Proverbs 14:12New King James Version (NKJV)12 There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death.
It does not say this in the bible.
The OT had restrictions on certain foods not to eat.The NT says we can eat whatever we want as long as we pray before eating.
No
That requirement is not in the Bible.
Eat whatever foods you want.
Presuming you are referring to the Dietary Laws for Clean and Unclean Foods, then you should read Leviticus 11.Leviticus 11New King James Version (NKJV) Leviticus 11Foods Permitted and Forbidden

There are lists that say what you are supposed to eat depending on your blood type. These lists suggest certain blood types eat more proteins in the form of fish, more dairy or less dairy. It goes by the amount of acid in your blood. There are many lists to look through.
I have a 16cm fibroid that I am trying to shrink by changing my diet. I dont know for certainty the answer to your question but I have read that is best to avoid soy, all dairy and meat products. They say to eat lower fat foods and to stay away from processed foods and eat more organic foods. I do that but I can't say for sure if the change in my diet is working or not. I recommend you talk to your own physician to find out which diet is best for you.
i would say there is. you just have to get the right one!
Eggs, they also eat unleavened bread (bread without yeast)
