Islam's guide to proper living: It can be summed up in two words - fear God. Oh yes, we also love God; but the key to proper, healthy living is to remain always aware that God ( the One God ALONE - who has no partners, no offspring ) is The King - who will judge you based upon belief and deeds. If you are aware that you will be judged by Him, then you will, automatically, live properly. That means: you do all that God has commanded to be done and you avoid all that God has forbidden. Then you will be healthy. Then you will be guided to the best life a person can live.
