Juma comes from the Arabic word for "group" (جمع) and, in Islam, it refers to a group of people who pray as a congregation.

That's Friday. Muslims celebrate it by praying and reading Quran. And Juma means a group. In muslim countries , Friday is a holiday because , muslims were ordered to do a current prayers "Juma prayers" at noon on Friday on it's time and you can't pray it if you're not in a mosque.
