Why is solomons temple a sacred site for christians Jews and Muslims?

Answer Ai can only speak for the Jews..the Temple was built by them and was where they served God. God's presence never departed from there. Answer B (Hint on Answer A)God is everywhere anytime. God is not bounded by site or certain place. God is closer to you than your blood veins. I understand that the temple is sacred to Jews but I don't understand how the site itself is sacred if the temple if completely destroyed thousands of year ago well before Christianity per the Bible God revelation to Jesus (PBUH) and well before Islam per Quran God revelation to prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
