In 2013, Jehovah's Witnesses' Memorial of Christ will be commemorated after sunset on Tuesday, March 26, 2013. ("Our Kingdom Ministry", December 2011, ©Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, page 4)
Jehovah's Witnesses also schedule a "Special Talk" during "the Memorial season", on the regular day of each congregation's regular weekend meeting. The Special Talk is almost (though not always) scheduled for a date AFTER that year's Memorial, so it seems unlikely the Special Talk will be Sun, Mar. 24, 2013 (two days before that year's Memorial).

The only information I could dig up on the 1962 conventions was the theme: "Courageous Ministers"
Around sundown on the evening of Tuesday March 26th.
There are many different type of Christianity based religions. Jehovah's Witnesses are one themselves. Being a christian is basically about believing that Christ was alive, and that he did come to earth at one point in time. The difference about Jehovah's witnesses and some other Christians is that Jehovahs witnesses believe that Christ was Jehovah's son, not God himself. And so, to answer your question, Jehovahs witnesses do not date girls or boys from different religions, Christian or not. If someone were to be in a relationship with a person who has a different god, it would almost be like he believes in that god as well. If a witness were to date a girl or boy of a different religion, it would be because he or she is not truly worshiping Jehovah.

A fire broke out Friday, October 3rd, 2014 at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville Pennsylvania. The cause of the structural fire is unknown and under investigation. The fire affected only a storage area and staff offices. See a video of the fire here: http://www.statter911.com/2014/10/03/structure-fire-flight-93-memorial-shanksville-pa/ Here is a live webcam of the Memorial construction: http://www.honorflight93.org/memorial/construction/?fa=live-webcam

Nisan 14 is significant for Jehovah's Witnesses in 2017 because it marks the date of the annual observance of the Memorial of Christ's death. This event is considered one of the most important in the Jehovah's Witness faith, as it commemorates Jesus' sacrifice for mankind's sins.
As a general rule of thumb, the Memorial of Jesus' death is at sun-down. Sadly for you, it was the 31st of March, so you've missed it. It changes from year to year, because they mark his death using a calender from his time. Check your local Kingdom Hall to see the time and date.
1992 witch is only a year not a complete date
The memorial of Jesus death changes on our calendar every year, because it is based on the Jewish Lunar Calendar. Since Jewish days started at sundow, the memorial is held on Nisan 14th, after sundown, just like te Passover celebration on which day the original meal took place between Jesus and his faithful 11 apostles (Judas had already been excused when the passing of the bread and wine ocured). In 202 this date falls on Thursday, April 5th, after sundown.
