What is the difference between a Mass of non Catholic Eucharist service and a Catholic one?

A Mass can only be said by a priest. A Liturgy of the Word with a communion service can be carried out by a deacon or even a Eucharistic minister with permission of the bishop and pastor. The hosts would have been consecrated by a priest at an earlier Mass. This is now being done in parishes experiencing a shortness of priests.

There really is no way to answer your question as there are numerous Catholic Services: the various Hours of the Breviary, the Stations of the Cross, etc. - none of which are what you are probably thinking about: the usual Sunday morning worship service, which in the Catholic Church is the Most Holy Eucharist, or Mass. And, since Catholic and Christian are the same thing, the answer would be "none" anyway. However, if you are using the word, Christian, to refer to protestants or non-denominationial "churches" the, first of all, you are using the word incorrectly, and secondly, there is still no way to compare them as everyone of them is different from each other. The only thing that you would be able to say is that none of them have the Eucharist, as they do not have a valid priesthood.
