The Commandments were laws given to the Israelites by Moses, later understood as applicable to the people of God.

Canon Law is the organizational rules and regulations given by the Vatican to the Roman Catholic Church. Eastern Rite Catholic churches are governed by a different set of rules.

In a way, its apples and Oranges. Much of Canon Law applies to the administration of an incredibly large world-wide organization. Most of its focus is on that, rather than personal conduct.

The current Code of Canon Law may be read online at the Vatican's website at http://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG1104/_INDEX.HTM
