I think you mean Shalom Chaverim (with the CH sound like clearing your throat, or like a KH). This is a famous Hebrew folk song, and it means: (I wish you) peace, my friends, until we meet again.
Shalom chaverim is the more traditional transliteration. The ch is pronounced like the ch in the names Bach and Loch Ness. Shalom translates as peace. Chaver means friend or more accurately, comrade or coworker, and the im ending turns it into a plural, so a good translation would be "peace, comrades."
Shalom means peace, but Jahra does not appear to be Hebrew.
shalom (שלום) means peace, but "ah" has no meaning in this sentence.
Shalom is a Hebrew word meaning peace, completeness and welfare. It can also mean hello and goodbye.
"mit" has no meaning in Hebrew. Ahava = love Shalom = peace
"Shalom, mah nishma" translates something along the lines of "Hi, how're you doin'." "Shalom, mah nish" is merely a colloquial and shortened way of saying the same thing.
Traditional greeting is Shalom meaning peace, hello or goodbye.
