There is no opposite religion to Islam religion but different religions.

Religions in reality do not have polar opposites, but I could imagine two theoretical religions that would really antagonize Muslims (and would therefore, logically, be its opposite).

1) Imagine a religion whose followers pray only at night and only individually. They drink animal blood and prostrate before numerous idols in a weekly ceremony. They would pray to these idols to give them deep sexual libido so that they would be inspired to have random sexual encounters with people they meet. To amplify the strength of their prayers, they would invoke the Devil for his strength and cunning.

2) Imagine a group of people who would utterly refuse to believe in any god and who would use mathematical formulas to describe the planetary functions. These people would behave in whatever way they believed was proper and acceptable as determined by rational parameters. They would refuse to hallow any ground or idea, abstain from any food, and claim any superstition about the world that was not circumscribed by their functions and equations.
