Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism relate in that they all hold similar views of resurrection or spirit, and the ability to become "enlightened." As to how any of this relates to fried rice, I am not entirely sure, but it may be that all members of these religions used to roam the countryside and villagers would give them rice as food, because this was the most abundant food source. Other than that, I don't believe there is a connection.
