John 11:35; Jesus wept
At the grave of Lazarus Jesus wept.
The concept of creation, fall, redemption, and restoration in scripture outlines God's plan for humanity. It shows how God created the world, humanity fell into sin, Jesus redeemed us through his sacrifice, and there will be restoration in the future. This framework helps us understand God's ultimate goal of restoring a broken world and reconciling humanity to himself.
This appears in the Gospel of Matthew. Matthew's genealogy in Chapter 1 shows that Jesus descended from Abraham.
Luke 22:47-51
Yes. And according to this Scripture, where 'the invisible God' is one with the Holy Spirit, and the 'who' is Jesus, you can see he is the firstborn. Colossians.1.15. Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: Jesus is also, 'the firstborn from the dead', as this Scripture shows. Colossians 1.18. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence.
Context is the answer. The context happened like this: Jesus goes into the desert to fast from food and water for 40 days and nights. Then Satan shows up and starts tempting him. At every turn Jesus replies with a verse from scripture that condemned giving in to Satan's temptations. When Satan tempts Jesus to worship the Devil (himself) Jesus replies, "It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only" Basically Jesus was saying, "I cannot worship you because scripture says man must only worship God." Remember that Jesus was both man and God.
Jesus shows us that he felt the same human emotions that we all feel; love and concern for his fellow man (feeding hungry people with the loaves and fishes, healing the sick and maimed wherever he went), anger (turning over the tables of the money changers in the temple), sadness (the shortest sentence in the bible is "Jesus wept." regarding the death of Lazarus) and anxiety (in the garden on the night he was arrested asking God to "if it possible, take this cup from me") and finally the ultimate compassion as he was dying on the cross ("Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.")
In Genesis 3, God shows His continuing love for humanity by providing garments of skin to Adam and Eve after they sinned. By covering their nakedness and shame, God demonstrated His care and compassion for them despite their disobedience. This act foreshadows the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus to cover humanity's sin and restore their relationship with God.
Jesus Christ died for the people, which is all of us for our sins and so to give us eternal life as the Scripture shows in John 3.16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
He wishes for forgiveness from Frankenstein.
basically it shows how minute we are in this world and it keeps us updated about the world, it shows the humanity from a persons perspective
The Bible alone shows that Jesus is the Son of God and Saviour. If there is any doubt about the factual truth of the Bible, then there is doubt about Jesus as the Son of God and Saviour.
