As far as we humans know, Zombies do not exist, along with ghosts. Though, they could be real, but even so, how is it possible to know if they eat green apples? i think you should also try formatting your question differently because you asked the most confusing question ever.

Anyways, if you, in general, eat a green apple, you will not go to a second afterlife. According to Christianity (which isn't proved correct, in case your awkward question was asking this), a good life leads you to heaven while a bad life leads you to hell. No clue if its true.

Speaking of which about a second afterlife, who knows if you can die there by eating green apples. Well, you can't die from green apples unless you are in some way allergic to them....
