While Christianity was ostensibly accepted by the Nazis, in reality, any Christians who publicly dissented from the accepted Nazi racist teachings (the master race, racial purity, and other such officially-sanctioned positions) were also sent to concentration camps-notably, many Jehovah's Witnesses were sent to the camps as early as 1939, and all protestant denominations were under threat, to some degree, as were Catholics who acted on conscience.
