While the pious Muslim does pray five times a day, there is more to discuss than this. There are two major problems with implicit assumptions in this question. The first is that there is a set time for all Muslims in America to pray. Because Muslim prayer times are specifically based on the position of the Sun, Moon, or Stars in the sky, prayer times for Muslims in Los Angeles will be vastly different than for Muslims in New York City. The second is that all American Muslims are pious Muslims. There is a large number of American Muslims who are more secular and who do not pray every day or if they do they do not necessarily pray five times a day. As a result, whether a Muslim in America prays or not and when they do is different for each individual.
