What type of environment did the traditional maasai live in?

l The Maasai live on the border of Tanzania and Kenya. Their land is mainly covered with vast plains of rolling grasslands dotted with acaccia trees. Red oat grass is the most common grass found in this area. After some rains the plain colour will hcange from a yellow to a lush green allowing white tissur paperflowers to grow. Most of their land is located at an alititude of 1500m, their climate is alot cooler than most other tropical countries.
