The first thing Jesus said to the man in the Gospels often relates to healing or forgiveness. This statement highlights Jesus' authority to forgive sins, demonstrating a deep concern for both the man's physical and spiritual well-being.

i believe that Jesus is God because He said that He was, and for a man to say such a thing in those days under those circumstances, he would HAVE to be totally crazy...or telling the truth. it was very clear to me by the way he spoke and the things that He said, that he was not crazy.
It is said that the Gospel of Luke presents Jesus as "the Son of Man" and not as the Christ or King but distinctively the Son of Man.
