According to the Tanakh and The Bible, God spoke to Moses on a number of occasions and in different places.
One of the most famous places was on Mount Sinai, on the Sinai Peninsula. Some places * Mount Horeb, (burning bush, Exodus 3:1-15; 4:1-17) * Egypt (commissions from God and given miraculous abilities, Ex 4:20,21 etc) * banks if Nile river (plagues on Egypt, Ex 7:19 etc) * Red Sea (the exodus, Ex 14, Ex 15:22) * various places in the wilderness of the Sinai Peninsula (e.g. Ex 17)
