Althogh the New Testiment Does Not state anything about Tattoos, The Old Testiment Spicifically States... In (LEVITICUS 19:28)
"You shall not make any cuts in your body for the dead nor make any tattoo marks on yourselves: I am the LORD... "
The Cuts to the Body part is Said to be Referring to the PAGAN Rituals, that after a persons death, they would cut there flesh to keep something to remember them by.
and the Tattoo part is obvious,
