Eeman-i-Mujmal and Eeman-i-Mufassal describe the basic beliefs of Islam. Apart from those, there are many statements in the Holy Qur'an which describe Islam, in my opinion the following describe Islam in the best way: Sura Al-Ana'am-06, Verse: 162: Say, " Indeed, my prayer, and my service of Sacrifice, my life and my death, are for Almighty Allah, (Rabb) the Cherisher of all the Worlds. 163: There is no Partner to Him, That is what I have been Commanded and I am the first of those who surrender to His Will.

The Islam beliefs didn't change since 1431 years , and won't change ever . Anything about Islam laws , or beliefs changing are all fake thoughts . ( Sorry if i am quite harsh with the answer , but that's the right fact ) .
