Shu, god of air had a consort (or 'sister-wife') in Tefnut, goddess of moisture.
Their children were Nut, the sky goddess and Geb, the god of the earth.
Shu held aloft Nut from Geb; his grandchildren by Nut and Geb are Osiris, Set, Isis, Nephthysand Horus the Elder.

I think "Shy" might be Shay, personified destiny or Shu the sky god. There is not a god or goddess of being shy as such in Egyptian mythology.
Shu was just the God of wind. Although could be used for the word wind. nefu is the word for breath but seems to be used in spells in the Egyptian Book of the Dead in a way that suggests to fill sails the way wind does. Tsh or Tau is usually described to be used for a small quick burst of air or puff.
