He was Aether. Click link below to read about gods of the air!
There is no Egyptian god Anox.
Shu, god of air had a consort (or 'sister-wife') in Tefnut, goddess of moisture. Their children were Nut, the sky goddess and Geb, the god of the earth. Shu held aloft Nut from Geb; his grandchildren by Nut and Geb are Osiris, Set, Isis, Nephthysand Horus the Elder.
Geb did not overthrow his father Shu, Shu became tired after fighting against the forces of Apep and gave Geb his throne - in turn, Geb gave his throne to Osiris.
Shu is the god of the sky and father of Nut.
In Ancient Egyptian religion, Tefnut, transliterated tfnt (tefenet) is a goddess of moisture, moist air, dew and rain.[1] She is the sister and consort of the air god Shu and the mother of Geb and Nut.-- from Wikipedia.org
